FLOR

Flor brings a strong clinical foundation in physiology, human anatomy, and applied biomechanics to his work as a professional bike fitter. As an IBFI Level 3 Certified Fitter, his approach emphasizes clinical reasoning and systems-based assessment, focusing on how cycling position interacts with physiological demand, stability, fatigue tolerance, and long-term rider sustainability rather than isolated positional targets.

He has trained under Dave Howells of BikeFit Canada, recognized for systematic methodologies that improve rider comfort and efficiency, and Paraic McGlynn of Cyclologic USA, known for his data-driven approach to cycling biomechanics. Flor is also mentored by Andy Brooke (Spain), an IBFI Level 4 Certified Bike Fitter, providing advanced guidance in complex case analysis, interdisciplinary thinking, and decision-making.

Through FT Cycling Performance, Flor delivers precise, rider-specific bike fits using modern motion analysis, pressure mapping, and physiology-informed assessment.

His work prioritizes sustainable performance and comfort, integrating biomechanical accuracy with an understanding of fatigue, load tolerance, and real-world riding demands rather than relying on generic positional targets.
